Variables that can be used
- Use the variables [[salutation]], [[firstname]] and [[surname]] to refer to the name of the person you are emailing.

- Use the variable [[autoname]] to select the preferred name (first name will be used if there is no preferred name).
- Use the variables [[student_firstname]], [[student_autoname]], [[student_surname]] to refer to the name of the student (can only be used when emailing a student's parents).
